sakit tetap sakit...hmpir stahun blalu, bila teringat kembali..
sesak dada masih terasa...

Hurm..aku xtaw kenapa sehari dua neh...jiwa kacau!

Salunye, klu ad bnda yg buat aku tpk, tmenung, terenung lama2...aku akan cpt2 settlekn or gunekan prinsip "I dont care"..

Tapi benda yg 1 neh, kenapa susah sgt aku nak lupe...kenapa? kenapa?

As cheesy as this sounds, I suppose it’s true. Maybe it’s because I’m biased — and undoubtedly, I am (which you can’t blame me for, really, being in a long distance relationship(LDR) for 4 years).

A long distance relationship isn’t easy. To be with the person you love, and to be able to call them yours, you’re going to have to forego the things that everyone around you seems to have, in the way that you won’t be able to. It isn’t so much of a struggle as it is a sacrifice.

Because it’s not the easiest thing. I’ve spoken to people who’ve told me that my relationship “doesn’t count”, because I’m not able to physically be with Yap, and vice versa. That’s some bullshit, honestly.

Really, korg xpnah dgr YM? Yap and I have long, rambling conversations every single day over YM. They could be the most ridiculous things,from laughing to how we 1st fall in love,to planning the future together and etc.Our love does travel. It travels, every single day, over the YM and messages we send each other. Our love travels over Skype, when his eyes light up when I pop up on his screen, giving me butterflies. Our love can be felt over Skype, falling asleep together whenever we can. Our love travels through slide show of our pictures, songs, the little things we send each other.It travels the miles, every single day. Not physically , though it would, if I could — but through the little things. I can feel it in the way he sounds when he tells me that he loves me. Or in the way I turn around whenever I can smell his perfume, to find him… and the way my heart sinks when I realize that he isn’t there.

Our love doesn’t just travel. It transgresses all these things.

Mmg bukan senang, and maybe we miss out on the little things, for most of the year. Tapi tu bmakna, kami akan lebih appreciate bila kami bersama.Yap and Mai akan jumpe setahun sekali je, so time neh lar kami akan plan mcm2. Setahun sekali je bjumpa? it sucks! but we realise how important communication is.
We plan for the future and work towards that.We accept and appreciate our differences —We work through our differences.

Over the course of the 4 years we’ve been together, I’ve come to realize that I don’t have to validate my relationship to anyone else. I will defend it, if need be, because it’s my decision to be with him. He picked me, and I picked him. Still, people will see what they want, and speak with no filter.
But then, once you realize that your man — your handsome, amazing, smart, talented, adorable, wonderful man — chose you to be with, and puts just as much effort into the relationship as you do… well, the weight of that kind of makes what they say completely irrelevant. Because there are two people in a relationship, and you’re in it with your man.

And my love — our love — travels. It travels, and transgresses, and grows.
Every single day.

From the very beginning, the girl's family objected strongly on her dating this guy, saying that it has got to do with family background, & that the girl will have to suffer for the rest of her life if she were to be with him.

Due to family's pressure, the couple quarrelled very often. Though the girl loved the guy deeply, she always asked him: "How deep is your love for me?" As the guy is not good with his words, this often caused the girl to be very upset. With that & the family's pressure, the girl often vents her anger on him. As for him, he only endured it in silence.

After a couple of years, the guy finally graduated & decided to further his studies overseas. Before leaving, he proposed to the girl: "I'm not very good with words. But all I know is that I love you. If you allow me, I will take care of you for the rest of my life. As for your family, I'll try my best to talk them round. Will you marry me?" The girl agreed, & with the guy's determination, the family finally gave in & agreed to let them get married. So before he left, they got engaged. The girl went out to the working society, whereas the guy was overseas, continuing his studies. They sent their love through emails & phone calls. Though it was hard, but both never thought of giving up.

One day, while the girl was on her way to work, she was knocked down by a car that lost control. when she woke up, she saw her parents beside her bed. She realized that she was badly injured. Seeing her mum crying, she wanted to comfort her. But she realized that all that could come out of her mouth was just a sigh. she had lost her voice....

The doctor says that the impact on her brain has caused her to lose her voice. Listening to her parents' comfort, but with nothing coming out from her, she broke down. During the stay in hospital, besides silence cry,..it's still just silence cry that accompanied her.

Upon reaching home, everything seems to be the same. Except for the ringing tone of the phone. Which pierced into her heart everytime it rang.

She does not wish to let the guy know & not wanting to be a burden to him, she wrote a letter to him saying that she does not wish to wait any longer.

With that, she sent the ring back to him. In return, the guy sent millions & millions of reply, countless of phone calls,.. all the girl could do, besides crying, is still crying.... The parents decided to move away, hoping that she could eventually forget everything & be happy.

With a new environment, the girl learns sign language & started a new life. Telling herself everyday that she must forget the guy. One day, her friend came & told her that he's back. She asked her friend not to let him know what happened to her. Since then, there wasn't anymore news of him.

A year has passed & her friend came with an envelope, containing a invitation card for the guy's wedding. The girl was shattered. When she open the letter, she saw her name in it instead. When she was about to ask her friend what's going on, she saw the guy standing in front of her.

He used sign language to tell her "I've spent a year to learn sign language. Just to let you know that I've not forgotten our promise. Let me have the chance to be your voice. I Love You." With that, he slipped the ring back into her finger. The girl finally smiled.

Its a lot harder than it seems.

You talk all day, everyday.

You fall asleep on the phone together.

You wake up to good morning texts.

You think about them every second you’re awake then when you’re asleep, you dream about them. You spend time with them whether it’s in person or not.

They soon become a part of your everyday life and you get used to it…

Then all of a sudden, they leave.

Most of the time once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

Meaning, no more late night calls, no more cute text messages (actually no texts at all), no more ’ i love you ’ ‘babe ‘ all of that.

The first few days you will want to call, text, send them an ask, IM, really do everything just to talk to them and restore what’s “normal”.

But, as much as you try, things don’t change.

The hardest part is letting go.

You check their tumblr and facebook often just to see what they’re doing and also to see if they have someone new.

This person that was once your everything is now just a memory.

A memory that you replay over and over again in your head.

You spend nights reminiscing in the said words, shared laughs, the kisses, all the good things that went on during the time you two were together.

Letting go can take weeks, months, even years.

Remember that this was just a fragment of time, a memory that will someday fade.

I know sometimes life is difficult and I know sometimes our paths seems unclear. I know sometimes it seems as if God doesn’t hear, but when I stop and think for a few seconds and I realize you are by my side, I then understand that God not only hears but he also cares. You are the best gift someone could ever have and I just feel lucky just to be able to love you and to have you love me back. There’s so many words and so many thoughts, so many feelings that I just can’t find the way to proof how big they are. I wish you could jump inside my body, so you can physically see the space you have in my heart. Then maybe you could understand that I wouldn’t mind loving and caring for you every day and night, from now until forever. <3

It feels good when I get a chance staring into space...

If you were to ask what's wrong, I would say nothing...

When in reality its everything...

I'm sitting there and wondering what I did wrong, what I could have done differently...

How I would have changed it if I had the chance..

And if I had the chance to go back and do it over again, would it end with the same result?

I talk to other guys but I don’t talk to them like the way I talk to you.

those other guys can make me smile, but not make me smile as much you do.
Sure,
they can make me laugh but not make me the laugh like the way you do.
Sure,
those other guys can make me happy but not as happy as you make me.
Yeah,
theres a lot of other guys out there,
but listen,
none of them can compare to you.
Those other guys can holla and whatever,
but my eyes and heart are set on you.
